Products are shipped UPS ground. Expediated services are available at additional cost. For any questions regarding our shipping policy, please email us. Refrigerated products will require additional shipping charges.

Please check your order immediately upon delivery. Damages and shortages must be reported immediately. No considerations can be made after 7 days.

Returns
We strive to pack and ship your order as efficiently as possible. Shipping charges are not refundable for cancelled or refused orders after the order has been shipped.

The return/exchange guarantee period is 7 days from receipt of order. All returns require a return authorization number (RA). Please email or call us for this RA number. Except in the case of defective merchandise, it is always the customer's responsibility to send any return back to us at their expense. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All returned and exchanged products must be in original manufacturer's condition and packaging including inserts and warranty cards. Please do not write or mark packaging in any way, so the product will be re-sellable.

• special order items
• unsealed products
• defaced products
• used products

Credit for returned products
Credit for returned products will be issued within 7 days of processing. A 25% restocking charge may be assessed on special orders in the case of customer ordering error.

We are not responsible for typographical or image errors.
