Sales and shipping
Rymatt Wellness will process your order within 24 hours. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and all national holidays. We reserve the right to limit quantities. As an authorized dealer all products are new and include the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is subject to the manufacturer's conditions. Look for "quick ship" for faster service. These items will usually ship the same day if the order is placed before 12 noon. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you a.s.a.p.
All orders are shipped either UPS or USPS
Products are shipped UPS ground. Expediated services are available at additional cost. For any questions regarding our shipping policy, please email us. Refrigerated products will require additional shipping charges. Please check your order immediately upon delivery. Damages and shortages must be reported immediately. No considerations can be made after 7 days. Returns The return/exchange guarantee period is 7 days from receipt of order. All returns require a return authorization number (RA). Please email or call us for this RA number. Except in the case of defective merchandise, it is always the customer's responsibility to send any return back to us at their expense. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned and exchanged products must be in original manufacturer's condition and packaging including inserts and warranty cards. Please do not write or mark packaging in any way, so the product will be re-sellable.
